External Party Access
You acknowledge that you are still responsible for all of your duties under these Terms of Use even if you expressly allow a third party to connect to or access your User Account(s), whether through that third party's product or service or through the website. Any action that a third party who has access to your User Account(s) does is considered to have your approval, and you alone are responsible for their consequences. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold Scrypto Exchange responsible for any deeds or omissions committed by any third parties who have access to your User Account, and that you will indemnify Scrypto Exchange against any liability arising out of or related to such deeds or omissions.
Verification

Method of verification
Scrypto Exchange uses multiple-level methods and procedures to collect and verify information about you in order to protect itself and the community from dishonest people and to keep accurate records of its clients. The identification information and/or identification documentation you provide Scrypto Exchange may determine your ability to use the Scrypto Exchange Services and any associated limits, such as daily or weekly conversion limits, withdrawal and trading limits, limits on instant purchases, limits on transfers, and limits on transactions using a linked payment method.
Scrypto Exchange may require more information from you or require you to wait until the transaction is finished before permitting you to use any Scrypto Exchange Services or to conduct transactions that exceed a specific volume restriction.
You may make a request to ask for higher restrictions. At Scrypto Exchange`s request, you are required to participate in Enhanced Due Diligence. Scrypto Exchange does not rule out the possibility of additional fees and costs, and the raising of your limitations is not assured.
Information about the trading procedure
Then, you make a Purchase request on our website to request our Services. Our commercial services include the Commission as part of the total cost of our services. You will receive confirmation of the amount and cost of the cryptocurrency you purchase after submitting an Order. The Bitcoin and Ethereum Classic (BTC and ETC) will be kept in escrow until the website system accepts and processes your request. To complete your order, you must adhere to the order form's requirements. The trading process takes time and is not simple.
Scrypto Exchange has the right to prevent a transaction from going through if the user fails to correctly complete the payment or identification steps. For example, users are not allowed to use a virtual private network (VPN) or the Onion Router or to use data belonging to a third party to make a payment (TOR).
When you finish the payment for your Order and our payment provider issues the confirmation, our system will transfer the cryptocurrency you requested to your wallet via our contractual agreements with cryptocurrency exchanges. If the system interferes with your normal purchasing procedure, we must finish returning the facilities in the lowest amount of time. The only other reasons for a timeout are disconnect or processing delays in the bank system.
Moving the cryptocurrency assets to a new electronic wallet
Our clients are only allowed to utilize one external wallet made especially for storing cryptocurrency.
Renting services

We base the price given in our advertisement on information about the current average price across the cryptocurrency exchanges we work with. We consider the fluctuation of exchange rates as well as, when appropriate, the exchange rate between fiat currencies and the euro while carrying out this. Commission

Intangible Property Rights

Termination, Cancellation, and Suspension
We reserve the right to do any of the following, even after funds have been taken from your User Account: (a) decline to complete, block, cancel, or reverse a transaction you have authorized; (b) limit or terminate your access to some or all of the Scrypto Exchange Services; and/or (c) deactivate or cancel your User Account with immediate effect for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unless doing so would be illegal, we will notify you of our decision, the reasons for the denial, suspension, or closure, and, if applicable, the procedure for correcting any factual errors that may have contributed to the refusal, suspension, or closure. This also applies if we refuse to complete a transaction, suspend, limit, or shut down your User Account, and/or terminate your use of the Scrypto Exchange Services. If we refuse to complete a transaction and/or suspend your user account, we will reinstate the suspension or complete the transaction as soon as it is possible to do so after the reasons for the denial and/or suspension have passed. However, we are not obligated to allow you to reopen a transaction at the same price or with the same restrictions as the one that was stopped, reversed, or canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel or delete your user account without notice and to suspend, restrict, or terminate your usage of any or all of the Services upon 10 days' notice. Indemnification

When we are assessing a specific claim pertaining to a specific transaction, this amount shall additionally be limited to the purchase amount (if applicable) of the transaction in issue. The liability limitation in this Section applies to any legal obligations we may have, such as the need to provide the Scrypto Exchange Services with reasonable care and skill.
These Terms of Use do not limit our liability for physical harm or death resulting from our negligence or that of our subcontractors. Additionally, it doesn't reduce our responsibility for grave carelessness or willful misbehavior.
We are only responsible for the items listed in these Terms of Use. Any loss that the User experiences beyond the parameters of these Terms of Use is not covered by our liability, including but not limited to the following scenarios:
You input the wrong account information while making the payment; you forgot to add funds for the payment or the bank did not pay your Order within the predetermined time frame; you are having problems managing your digital wallet.
State law

Law rule
Any contract based on these provisions shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania. Each party expressly agrees that their lawsuit may be heard in Lithuanian courts.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for transactions that failed due to our errors or other technical problems with the service we offer.
All refund requests will be processed using the same payment method as the initial financing.
Funds that have been used to buy cryptocurrencies through the Scrypto Exchange system cannot be refunded.
